  2. Identification of the infringing material — Provide the exact URL(s) on skoolaccess.com where the allegedly infringing content can be found so we can locate it.
  3. Your contact information — Full legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.

  6. Signature — Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable as an electronic signature).
Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

2. What Happens After We Receive Your Notice

1
Review — We review the notice for completeness and legal sufficiency within 1–2 business days.
2
Takedown — If the notice is valid, we promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
3
User Notification — We notify the user who uploaded the content that it has been removed and provide a copy of the notice (minus personal contact information).
4
Counter-Notice Period — The user has 10–14 business days to submit a counter-notification. If no counter-notice is received, the content remains removed permanently.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by sending an email to dmca@skoolaccess.com with the following:

  1. Identification of the removed material — The exact URL(s) of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
  2. Statement under penalty of perjury — That you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information — Full legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction — A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any judicial district in which SkoolAccess may be found if you are outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
  5. Signature — Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, SkoolAccess has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

A user who receives three or more valid DMCA takedown notices within any rolling 12-month period will have their account permanently terminated. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the platform or terminate accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is a repeat infringement.

5. Safe Harbour Statement

SkoolAccess qualifies for the DMCA safe-harbour protections available to online service providers under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c). We do not financially benefit from infringing activity, we do not have actual knowledge of infringing content prior to notification, and we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to infringing content upon receiving a valid notice.

Content uploaded by tutors and academies represents their own work or content they have the right to share. SkoolAccess does not pre-screen user-uploaded content but takes all valid infringement complaints seriously.

6. Trademark Infringement

If you believe content on SkoolAccess infringes your trademark rights, please contact us at dmca@skoolaccess.com with details of the trademark, the registration number, the jurisdiction, and the URL of the allegedly infringing content. Trademark claims are reviewed separately from copyright claims but with the same urgency.

DMCA notices received by SkoolAccess may be forwarded to the uploader of the reported content, published to the Lumen Database (a public transparency database), or disclosed as required by law. Please be aware that your notice, including your name and email address, may be publicly accessible.

If you have privacy concerns, we recommend consulting an attorney before submitting a DMCA notice.
